  1. Open your browser and go to Walmart online store. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see options such as Get to know us, Customer Service, Walmart.com, and Help. Click on “Feedback” under “Help” option.  
  2. A screen will open with a form. Fill it carefully and submit it. An online survey will be given to you to complete. Fill the survey details online. 
  3. Go to the Walmart online store and scroll down to the bottom of the page then click on “Help Center“. Scroll down and click “use your store receipt to take a survey”. 
  4. Write your visit date, store number and TC number located which you will see on the receipt. Complete the survey and submit.
  5. Now, call at Walmart toll-free number 1-800. You can give your review or share experience about your visit to the particular store in the community or to the corporate headquarters.
  6. If you physically want to comment about service, go to the nearest local Walmart store. Ask at the front help desk of customer care executive for the feedback form.  A representative will give you the form. Write your name, address, contact number and then your suggestion. 
  7. After filling all details, drop such form in the suggestion box.
